Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. If Compact Octane cancels or reschedules an event, participants will receive a full refund or have the option to transfer their registration to another event.
By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Any fraudulent or false information may result in the cancellation of your registration without refund.

All participants must sign a waiver of liability releasing Compact Octane, its staff, and affiliates from any claims related to accidents, injuries, or property damage incurred during the event.
